Litmus paper
I suggest that you use Litmus paper to test your saliva
first thing in the morning , before ingesting anything.
Litmus Paper will test both urine and saliva pH
If you test with litmus paper during the day, it is best that
you have not eaten in the last two hours, in order for food not
to interfere with your reading of your saliva pH.
