    Vitamins

Eating or not eating a good diet can mean the difference between a vitamin deficiency or not.

The first thing we should be aware of is that each of our bodies is unique - there are not two human beings exactly the same. Because of this it is hard to come up with a precise dosage of vitamins that you need on a daily basis.

Vitamin intake is largely dependant on your diet and your digestion. As many people already know, fruits and vegetables are the best source for the top vitamins that we need to live a healthy life.

Fruits and vegetables provide good amounts of vitamins A, C, D and E (and several other) that rank high on the importance scale.

I have counceled people who rarely ate vegetables or fruit. Their's was mainly a fast food diet. Don't skimp, make sure to eat fruits and vegetables in each day to provid the vitamins you need. Other wise your health will deteriorate.
