    Exercise and Blood Pressure

If you have elevated blood pressure, you need to pay
attention about exercise. The blood pressure can rise
    sharply during physical activity.

Although some studies show those people who partake in
regular exercise are healthier their blood pressure is
    usually much lower.

Some studies have shown that vigorous exercise could
be harmful and should be avoided unless tolerance to
the exercise has been built up over a period of time.

So be sure to talk to your Doctor about exercise and
blood pressure problems. He may just start you out with
walking, while changing your diet, the way you deal with
stress and other considerations to bring down your
    blood pressure.

If he is not into looking into the causes, but only treating
the symptoms of high blood pressure I will tell you that
there are herbal remedies that can help to lower your blood
pressure and improve the function of your heart at the
    same time.
