    Asthma Attack

    Asthma Attack

If you have ever seen some one have an asthma 'attack', it
can be described as tightness in the chest, a wheezing or
whistling noise in the chest, coughing, breathlessness,
    and/or difficulty breathing.

This is because the airways become narrowed, inflamed, and
    blocked by mucus.

While it can be a sudden attack, many people with asthma
learn to recognise the warning signs that herald an attack,
such as an itchy nose or itchy skin, dizziness or light-headedness,
    or an irritating cough.

Asthma is becoming increasingly common and is now the
most common chronic condition in the west. Things such
as air pollution, processed foods, and centrally heated,
tightly closed houses are thought to be major contributing
    factors to asthma.

If you have asthma, it is important to learn what you can do
    about Asthma naturally
