    not getting in the amounts you need for good health.
    Second benefit of juicing is that you are taking in
    live, raw food with its life force, which helps to
    raise your life force and energy.

    It is always best to drink a fresh juice, but if you
    cannot, then make it for the day and put in a container
    that has a lid, to help keep it from oxidizing. Store
    in the refrigerator.
