    Dust Mite Allergies

    Dust Mite Allergies

Many people have dust mite allergies. So what can be done
about dust mite allergies? Plenty - here is a list of some
    things to do each week.

Wash your bedding material - pillowcases and sheets every
    week in hot water.

Wash all bedding materials - the pillowcases, sheets,
mattress pads and blankets every other week in hot water
(130 °F). Your bedspread needs addressed also, so it may
be best to invest in something washable.

You will find the rest of my dust mite allergies suggestions
    on my site.
