    Panic Attack Symptoms

    How Do You Know If You Are Suffering From Panic Attacks?

    Maybe you are out walking your dog and the neighbors barking
    dog slams itself into the fence again. You start to feel your
    heart race. Within moments your hands are sweating, your
    breathing becomes short and rapid, and you feel overwhelmed
    or fearful.

    What happened to you? You most likely are suffering from a
    panic attack.

    WHAT ARE PANIC ATTACKS?

    Panic is a physical reaction that comes in response to stress.
    Often it is called the 'fight or flight' response. It is
    actually your body's cue to get out of harm's way.

    The following symptoms are some of the common ones during
    a panic attack:

    - fast heartbeat

    - shortness of breath or feel like you cannot breath

    - dizziness or even nausea

    - sweating, shaking, feeling week or trembling

    - a sense of fear or dread

    - thinking you are going to die or must be/going to go crazy

    There are a number of self help therapies to assist you to
    get a handle on your panic attacks. It is best to start right
