Acid Reflux and Heartburn
Acid reflux and heartburn has to do with the
sphincter muscle between the lower esophagus
and upper stomach.
How it opens and close, and the strength or
weakness of this valve is involved. The normal
position of this valve is closed position. This
is to keep stomach acid, food, and drink from
being regurgitated back up into the esophageal tube.
It is affected quite a bit by what you eat. I find
that people who eat plenty of raw vegetables and
fruit don't have as much reflux.
The enzymes in the raw food certainly help with
digestion. A digestive aid or an apple is my favorite,
if I am having any symptoms.
There is much more to be learned about acid reflux
and diet, and you can start here with the heartburn
and acid reflux blog.

We commonly hear about the saying that goes “Health is Wealth”. Same is also being emphasized that “Prevention is better than Cure”. Absolutely right! Since this site is being organized, you apparently noticed that it is all about you, me, and all human persons.
I really admire the features that this site gives. It refers particularly on how to take care of our health, how to prevent inevitable hazards in the environment, and how to be physically, intellectually, mentally, socially, emotionally, and spiritually healthy. All men, women, or even children can reap benefits from this site since it adds knowledge and awareness regarding health facts. Those obese persons like me can learn a lot of guidelines and tips from this site on how to safely reduce one’s weight and attain the desired body shape. We are also being guided here on which skilled persons to call upon in case of emergencies and specific illnesses that need utmost care and attention.
Since we are living in various societies either you are in rural or urban areas, you are not still sure that you’re safe enough to go out or for instance have a picnic. Better tips are needed in order to know what specific places are best to go during leisure times.
From this site, I learned how to relax myself after the stressful day, how important it is to have a positive outlook in life, and how to balance school, work, home, and play.
This site really draws every viewer’s attention. Good job! Well done.
