He does speak about being vegatarian, which I was for
a few years. However, for myself and some that I have
consulted with, I have found that not everyone can
continue that diet and not have some health problems.

Many people call themselves vegan, but do not insure
that they are eating the healthiest diet and getting
good sources of protein. Please pay attention to that,
if you continue down the vegetarian path.

Sugar Addiction: How To Stop Sugar Addiction

Sugar Addiction

It's a tough one for some people. Sugar addicts
reach for sugar to comfort themselves, change
their mood, to reward themselves and much more.

Take a look at your thoughts that you have before
you reach for the sugar laden foods. Notice the
feelings when you think about your favorite foods.

I have a few suggestions. Start weaning yourself
from the sugar addiction by eating less and less
foods containing sugar. Excess weight, increased
cancer risk, a heavier burden to your liver and
pancreas are just a few of the things that you are
perpetuating on yourself by having a sugar addiction.

If you need to stop
the sugar addiction and cravings
, I suggest
you click on the link and take a look at a guide.
